Gerald Migues with http://www.etdevelopers.com/ here in Lafayette is looking to replace one of his lead web developers. I have worked with Gerald in the past - he is great to work with. He and his team have developed a CMS that is used to create websites and ecommerce sites. I don't know the specifics of the job, but I would imagine it would entail developing the CMS or developing the graphic templates to work with the CMS (or both).
